Prior to forming his own company, Scott Billington worked in residential sales for several years with one of San Diego’s top real estate companies and was a member of one of the top producing teams for the entire county.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Scott originally moved to San Diego in the early 1980’s as a U.S. Navy pilot. After completing his active duty service, Scott began flying as a commercial airline pilot as well as continuing to fly for the Navy as a reservist. Scott’s Naval Reserve career included being called back to active duty in support of Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield and culminated with his being the Commanding Officer of his reserve squadron. In addition to heading Coastal San Diego Homes, Scott is also a Boeing 767 Captain for a major airline.
